Refund Policy

1. Global Returns Policy (Rest of the World)
Except for consumers residing in the European Union (EU) or European Economic Area (EEA), all sales are final.
  • No Change of Mind Returns: We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations if you change your mind, or make an incorrect choice.
  • Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items: We stand behind our products in accordance with Australian Consumer Law. Because our items are secondhand, pre-owned, or vintage, they will naturally exhibit varying signs of age, wear, or minor character flaws. Any minor damage, blemishes, or wear that is explicitly stated in the item's description or visible in listing photos at the time of sale does not constitute a "fault" or "defect." You are not entitled to a refund for these disclosed flaws. You are only eligible for a refund or remedy if the item arrives with an undisclosed major fault, is entirely broken, or fails to match the provided description. Please contact us at Y22knostalgia@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photo evidence to report an undisclosed issue.

2. Right of Withdrawal (EU & EEA Customers Only)

If you are a consumer residing in the European Union or European Economic Area, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

Withdrawal Period
The withdrawal period will expire 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party indicated by you (other than the carrier) acquires, physical possession of the goods.

Exercise of the Right of Withdrawal
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement. You may do this by:

Effects of Withdrawal & Refunds

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract.
We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.
  • Important Notice on Costs: You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
